The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to meet dynamic business requirements, ensuring seamless platform performance, process automation, and operational improvements. 
Key Responsibilities Module Development: Configuring and customizing multiple modules of ServiceNow depending on business requirements.
