Must: ServiceNow architecture and application development 
Role Overview Experienced ServiceNow Developer cum Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, custom development, integrations, and SNOW AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, build scalable solutions, and drive the adoption of AI/GenAI features within the ServiceNow ecosystem. 
Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications. 
Define technical standards, reusable components, and platform governance. 
Design scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. 
Lead architectural reviews, solution designs, and technical workshops. 
Hands‑on development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
