Service Technician - Field

Brandt is currently looking for a Field Heavy Equipment Technician - Material Handling for our Lloydminster location.

The Heavy Equipment Technician - Material Handling independently performs basic/complex diagnostics, service maintenance and repair work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment on an efficient basis. Resolves customer issues to their satisfaction on a timely basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Performance

• Work within budgets and approvals provided by the Service Manager.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, and gross margin.
• Maintain a quality of work metric of 98% (% of work completed right the first time).

Work Systems And Procedures

• Accurately record all work done for customer and warranty records.
• Maintain current product knowledge of equipment specific to industry/branch location.
