About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Supervision Director / Manager to oversee service quality, operational compliance, and customer experience across our after-sales service network. This role plays a critical part in strengthening service governance, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective resource coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service execution quality and ensure compliance with established processes; identify and report service issues, including major product quality concerns
- Collect and analyze system and operational issues; propose and drive process optimization initiatives
