The Service Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area and ensuring a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer issues and supervise the front end of the store while on duty.
• Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance at the checkout.
• Provide frequent customer service contact in a fast‑paced environment, delivering quality service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Train and monitor staff, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on work habits.
• Maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style.
