For our client we are currently looking for a Service Portfolio Manager – permanent job in Barcelona (m/f/d) - Barcelona.
Your tasks
Support end-to-end lifecycle management for services in the portfolio, ensuring accurate status, ownership, and value definitions.Maintain and improve portfolio metadata (service catalog entries, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, risk/compliance markers) for transparency and audit readiness.Take over local process responsibility for Service Portfolio Management Process (SPM): SPOC for the central SPM team, train and support the local Service Management Organization.Assist with demand intake and prioritization, preparing inputs for portfolio governance and roadmapping decisions.Moni...
