Service Manager, West Canada

Our Service Manager is a self‑motivated, reliable and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of leveraging relationships to deliver high‑value products and services to our customers. Responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for all Service projects in North America. Working with customers to generate opportunities to grow the Voith Service Business in North America. Work with key local stakeholders to provide best‑in‑class service experience to the Voith customer base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Business Development advocate for all Hy Service Opportunities (OPEX, CAPEX, AUTOM/DIGITAL and SPARES).
• Lead the strategy for growth of the service region.
• Conduct frequent customer visits to generate growth and identify leads.
