Service manager -Stanbridge

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, and supervising service department operations
• Managing the team of technicians (scheduling, performance, coaching)
• Monitoring repairs and ensuring deadlines are met
• Collaborating closely with the parts and sales departments
• Maintaining a safe and structured work environment
• Management experience (ideally in agricultural or mechanical environment)
• Strong mechanical knowledge (major asset)
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computer systems
