Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. This role is focused on process, team development, and consistent execution in a small-town environment with high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily service operations (advisors, technicians, and support staff)
- Drive performance through clear processes and accountability
- Build and develop a strong, positive team culture
- Ensure accurate use of PBS Systems DMS (critical to success)
- Work closely with Parts to improve workflow and fill rate
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (efficiency, labour hours, effective labour rate)
- Apply Kaizen principles to improve operations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle escalations
