Trans Global is actively seeking to expand our service team. We are looking for a Service Coordinator with a great customer focused attitude! The winning combination of superior teamwork, decision making, and self‑motivation will ensure success.
This is an 18‑month contract.
Responsibilities- Provide superior support to our technician service team by researching and answering a variety of inquiries.
- Manage daily reports, taking appropriate action to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Communicate COD estimates to customers and process events to make certain they are scheduled.
- Work with the National Operations team to resolve potential issues that may delay work order (event) completion.
- Manage customer escalations, working with consumers to identify and execute solutions.
- Follow up with technicians regarding outstanding parts receiving and returns, holding them accountable...
