Job Description
Regular Part Time Service Coordination Specialist
Acclaim Health is a registered charity with over 600 employees providing home and community care to families across the region. The role is based in the Speers Road office in the Home Care Services department and requires working every other weekend, with a minimum of two shifts per week, plus statutory holidays on a rotational basis. Shift times may vary from 7am–3pm, 11am–8pm or 3pm–11pm, with days and/or evenings as required.
Pay
$22.21 - $23.60 per hour.
Primary Functions
- Responds to all incoming telephone calls and provides information
- Resolves service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting and explaining the best solution to reach a resolution while expediting correction or adjustment
