Grenier Automobile is looking for a Service Call Center Agent to join its team!
Job Description
Schedule appointments for the service department;
Confirm appointments;
Answer incoming service calls;
Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.);
Collaborate with the mechanical department team;
Perform any other related tasks as needed.
Required Experience:
Automotive mechanical service (an asset)
Salary: $18-$20/hour + bonuses
