This frontline position is the cornerstone of the service department - undertaking all actions necessary to support the efficient receipt, processing and return of John Deere ag and turf equipment brought in for repair, maintenance or upgrade. This role supports two groups: the customers who need our expertise and the expert technicians who do the work.
