Senior Youth Coordinator

The Senior Youth Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Surrey Senior Youth Ministry. Working closely with the Senior Youth Associate, this role helps plan and execute weekly gatherings, events, and logistics while creating meaningful experiences for students and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly youth gatherings, including setup, teardown, and logistics
• Prepare and organize supplies for events and programs
• Support and encourage volunteer teams; assist with recruitment and development
• Collaborate on larger events such as camps, retreats, and Youth/Family Ministry initiatives
• Provide logistical support for mobile ministry opportunities
• Meet regularly with the Sr Youth Associate to plan and review priorities
• (Optional) Support production/technical elements of youth environments
