Job Title: Senior Desktop Engineer
Location: Andheri Office
Department: IT Infra
Reporting To: Infra IT Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
- Provide advanced (L2/L3) troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Laptop and Desktop deployment, migration, and upgrades.
- OS upgrades, patch management, and security hardening.
- Manage Windows 10/11
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policies.
