Senior Workday Consultant for HCM & Finance

Bizagi Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to support their HR and Finance teams by managing the Workday system, implementing solutions, and providing expert guidance on HCM and financial modules. This role involves collaboration across business units to ensure smooth transitions and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with HCM solutions, alongside a strong understanding of integration processes. The position is based in Bogotá and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
