Senior Workday Consultant
We are seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Workday consultant at Marsh, you will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional/technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite. This is a high-growth, client-facing role with deep exposure to ongoing system management.
We will count on you to:
Respond to client configuration requests, and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domain
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner
Perform configuration changes, business process updates, and testing in Workday tenant environments
