Senior UX Designer
Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a leading Bank's digital initiatives by enhancing and improving internal facing applications and experiences. This role will serve as a first UX touchpoint on the project, working closely with cross‑functional teams to shape user flows, interaction models, and design direction.
Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and iterate on design concepts
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders during PI Planning and delivery
Advocate for UX best practices and user‑centered design decisions
Work within existing design systems and enterprise standards
Clearly articulate design rationale and trade‑offs to stakeholders
