About the role
We're looking for a Senior Underwriter for Mid‑Market in the Property and Casualty Commercial Lines business to join the team in our Vancouver, BC office. This permanent, full‑time position requires a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office. Compensation
Salary range: $87,200 – $106,600 (annual). Base salary plus an annual bonus target of 10% (potential payout up to double the target) and participation in an Employee Share Purchase Plan. Responsibilities
Develop long‑term relationships with brokers by providing service and participating in broker visits, field underwriting, and industry functions. Assess and evaluate moderate to complex risks, analyse requests for quotes, renewals, and policy changes, and recommend innovative solutions.
