Senior Transmission Line Engineer
Position in the Transmission & Distribution Electrical team. Contribute to innovative substation projects strengthening grid reliability, supporting renewable energy integration, and shaping Canada’s energy future. Senior role located across Western Canada offices, preference for Edmonton.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of transmission line design projects (34.5kV–500kV), including new lines, relocations, rebuilds, upgrades, structure replacements, and fiber optic additions.
- Prepare and review design deliverables such as plan and profile drawings, material selection, and construction specifications.
- Conduct quality reviews of internal and subcontractor deliverables.
