Senior Training Specialist
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to enhance the competencies of the OLG Customer Care teams by designing, developing and delivering training that boosts employee performance in a manner that meets and exceeds business needs.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of work performed by OLG Customer Care teams in order to identify and understand training needs and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training programs for identified project needs and skill gaps.
- Develop and revise training materials to supplement recommended training programs.
- Plan and deliver training programs across multiple formats, including in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning, to effectively engage target audiences and optimize content delivery.
