Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the Master Test Plan
• Manage testing standards and best practices
• Participate in defect tracking and resolution
• Coordinate UAT with client business teams
• Monitor testing progress and metrics
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software testing
• 5+ years in test management roles
• Experience in data migration testing
