Terminal is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Freelance) to support our partner customers in building exceptional engineering teams across Latin America .
This is a flexible, high-impact role where you’ll move across the funnel based on need—sometimes focused on sourcing and pipeline generation, other times owning candidates from screen to offer. If you’re someone who thrives across the entire funnel and enjoys shifting where you add the most value, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple customers, levels, and geographies
- Flex between hands‑on sourcing and candidate management (screen to offer) depending on business needs
- Partner closely with customers, hiring managers, and internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and fulfill hiring goals
