Senior Technical Analyst – Desktop Computing Management – Infrastructure and Operations

The I&O Desktop Computing and Management (DCM) team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Analyst who loves working with technology! The DCM team is responsible for supporting all workstations, hardware and software, and this role is pivotal to the teams success. This position requires exceptional technical and problem-solving abilities along with excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and relationship building skills. Requirements A minimum of five years of senior level experience in desktop support and must have experience in one or more following areas: Software configuration and packaging using MEM.

Cloud-based end point management using Intune. Corporate IT desktop policies. Process automation using scripts.
