Advise leading asset management clients on U.S. tax compliance and strategies. Focus on complex cross-border taxation issues in an international role while providing mentorship to your team.
This position requires experienced tax professionals who can navigate U.S. partnership and corporate tax matters. You will be responsible for managing tax compliance engagements, preparing detailed tax returns, and working closely with clients on structuring investments. Additionally, you will analyze U.S. and international tax legislation relevant to offshore asset managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance engagements for asset management clients
• Prepare and review various U.S. tax returns and forms
• Analyze cross-border taxation and regulatory requirements
• Support on fund formation and exit strategies
• Mentor junior staff in project deliverables
