Job Description
Become an integral part of the tax team as a Senior Tax Analyst at Chemtrade, based in Toronto, ON or Parsippany, NJ. This hybrid role focuses on U.S. tax compliance and financial reporting.
In this key position, you will report to the Senior Tax Manager and contribute significantly to U.S. tax compliance, audit defense, and consolidated tax accounting. You'll collaborate closely with both Canadian and U.S. tax teams, enhancing tax operations and planning projects. Your expertise will drive accuracy in tax deliverables and support critical financial reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare U.S. Federal and State tax returns with third-party consultants
• Conduct quarterly tax provision analyses and disclosures
• Support transfer pricing calculations and documentation
• Maintain audit-ready working papers for tax audits
• Assist with non-routine tax projects and reporting
