Working with one of Ottawa’s prestigious member organizations, LRO Staffing is collaborating to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional for a seven‑month term. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position offers the opportunity to positively impact the organization’s culture and mandate through the acquisition of highly specialized professionals. Using leading‑edge tools and a robust database, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and making hiring recommendations.
