Job Description

Some of what you will do: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment to attract and hire high caliber talent for Staples Canada. They are responsible for supporting all areas of the business including Retail Management, Corporate, and closed-door facilities positions. They will participate in activities such as sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the background check process for prospective candidates. The Sr. TA Specialist will also actively be involved in projects and activities including attending career fairs, planning hiring days and working with external vendors.

Specifically, You Will:

• Recruit for all level positions for Retail, Corporate, and closed-door lines of business.
• Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ATS) to screen assigned job requisitions to review and assess applications.
