Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Monterrey)

AMS, supporting Syneos, is hiring a Talent Community Specialist to build and activate always‑on talent pipelines through proactive talent pooling, CRM engagement, and evergreen requisitions. This role sits within the Sourcing function and focuses on converting passive interest into engaged, hire‑ready talent.

The Talent Community Specialist designs, grows, and optimises Talent Communities aligned to hiring needs, reducing time to hire, improving pipeline quality, and strengthening candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in talent pooling, talent communities, or sourcing
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Talemetry)
• Experience designing and executing candidate nurture journeys
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
• Comfort working in a matrixed, enterprise environment
