Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our Corporate Development and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) teams, including M&A, Sales, Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on recruiting.
You will own multiple complex searches, partner closely with business leaders, and craft sourcing strategies that build high‑quality, diverse pipelines. You’ll bring strong business acumen, advise hiring managers, and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.
You will get to shape how we recruit: improving processes, driving tool adoption, mentoring peers, and sharing market insights that influence talent strategy.
