Full-cycle Recruitment
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for an agreed portfolio of professional and managerial roles
- Lead intake conversations, structure assessments, and drive hiring decisions with leaders
- Ensure every hire aligns with Techo‑Bloc’s values, culture, and long‑term vision
