You will manage the Systems Requirements group to ensure that products meet defined specifications while acting as a knowledge champion in the organization. Your expertise in DOORS, coupled with management skills, will drive the success of integrated systems engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering group in requirements authoring and reviews
• Define operational documents throughout the engineering lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards in all processes
• Perform technology assessments and define constraints
• Train the team on requirements and architecture engineering
Requirements:
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
