Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional and timely customer support
• Oversee ticketing systems and compliance with SLAs
• Diagnose client issues and coordinate with technical teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 1.5 years in software support roles
• Proficient with major Source-to-Pay solutions
• Preferred: Experience with Ivalua, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or GEP
