Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our Edmonton Community Development Survey Team, involving active construction sites across Central Alberta. The role requires technical survey execution, quality assurance, project coordination, mentorship, site audits, equipment management, and proposal support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform field survey activities for preliminary/topographic, construction layout, and as-built surveys.
- Assist with QA/QC processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Provide support to project administrators and managers on land/community development projects.
- Mentor field survey crews and guide skill development.
- Conduct site audits, verify accuracy and safety compliance, and document findings.
- Manage survey equipment and materials, ensuring calibration and availability.
