Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer to join the Data Center Power and Control Division ZPE Systems Team in Blumenau/SC, Brazil.
ZPE Systems is looking for a talented and technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to work as an L3 Technical Support engineer.
The Senior Support Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, understand issues reported by customers and convey them to the Engineering team, provide timely customer feedback when necessary, and perform related duties. The role requires speaking with customers directly and creating written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
