Job Summary

As part of the Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) project based in Scarborough, Aecon is seeking a qualified Senior Superintendent to join our team. This full‑time role requires on‑site presence at 20 Nugget Ave, Scarborough, ON.

Responsibilities

• Promote, lead, and execute a Safety‑First culture for all employees, subcontractors, and consultants in compliance with the provincial occupational health and safety legislation.
• Promote safety in all activities and engage in safe work plan development, hazard assessments, FLRAs, and mentorship with crew.
• Oversee all on‑site construction activities on a daily basis and approve daily production records, reporting on work progress.
