Job Description Senior Strategist, YouTube (1 Year Contract) Blue Ant Media is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead the strategy, growth, and revenue optimization of a segment of its YouTube channel portfolio. This role will oversee channel performance, content strategy, audience development, and day‑to‑day operations, with a focus on increasing revenue, watch time, engagement, and overall brand presence. 
The Senior Strategist will manage and guide internal team members, freelancers, and cross‑functional partners to ensure all content is optimized for platform performance, aligned with brand priorities, and contributing to annual business targets.
