We are seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager, LATAM to drive strategic growth across mobile publishers, loyalty platforms, and digital partners throughout the region. This is a high‑impact, senior‑level role for a proven partnerships professional who knows how to build trust, navigate complex sales cycles, and close meaningful long‑term deals.
This role is highly relationship‑driven and requires someone who can confidently lead conversations with regional decision‑makers, represent AdGem in‑market, and expand our presence across LATAM—with a primary focus on Brazil.
While this role will support partnerships across a variety of verticals, key areas of focus include shopping loyalty/cashback platforms, and fintech platforms (wallets, P2P payment ecosystems, etc).
