Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to manage tasks and workflows.
- Design and implement high-performance data models for HRIS products.
- Lead the transition to an event-based architecture, improving system reliability and scalability.
- Work across teams to scale HRIS and related products.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development.
- Maintain a bug rate below 0.1% in production.
- Increase team productivity by 20% through new tools and processes.
