Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Staff Engineer, Test Engineering located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
This role will be responsible for managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications. Acts as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
What a typical day looks like:
Configure and deploy test equipment in alignment with defined test plans and production requirements.
Lead test fixture design, validation, and acceptance, ensuring compliance with ESD, strain, coverage, and GR&R standards.
