Senior Specification Sales Leader – Mexico Territory

ByteLight is hiring a Spec Sales Regional Manager to lead specification-driven sales across Mexico. The role emphasizes building relationships with engineers and consultants, conducting technical presentations, and managing project pipelines across various product portfolios.

Ideal candidates will have a background in technical sales with strong communication skills, at least 3 years of experience in electrical sales, and the ability to analyze sales data and manage a large territory.

This position requires traveling over 50% of the time primarily within Mexico.
