Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects, Pension Communications, the Senior Specialist supports the development and delivery of high‑quality internal and external communications in support of OMERS and the broader Pension Services team. This role contributes to company and divisional objectives by supporting end‑to‑end communications delivery for key projects across the Pension Services portfolio, from early planning and content development through execution, launch and post‑launch updates. The Senior Specialist works on initiatives that shape the member and employer experience, helping translate complex, operational or policy‑driven changes into clear, audience‑focused communications.
