Senior Specialist, Learning and Development (Contract: one-year, hybrid; based in Montreal or Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and propose relevant and innovative solutions.
• Bring expertise and leadership to the design, adaptation, planning, and implementation phases of training activities.
• Plan evaluation strategies to ensure efficacy of initiatives and their effect on business activities.
• Solicit proposals from external providers, evaluate services, and make recommendations to clients.
• Ensure content is relevant and effective at all times, exploring new methodologies and joint learning opportunities.
• Analyze results and make recommendations to ensure quality and relevance of training initiatives, learning transfer, and maximum impact.
