Senior Software Developer | IT Asset Management

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to design and develop custom applications and enhance off-the-shelf solutions supporting BTG Pactual’s hedge fund business. In this role, you will work closely with the front office on workflow automation initiatives related to research, portfolio management, operations, and trading. Although the position is based in Brazil, you will collaborate daily with international offices and global stakeholders, contributing to projects with worldwide impact. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise and a genuine interest in learning the financial products and business model of a global investment firm.
