Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Senior Shift Supervisor provides high‑level operational leadership across a large mining and tailings operation consisting of approximately 800 heavy equipment operators. The role oversees 4 Shift Supervisors and 28 Team Leaders, acting as the operational anchor for the shift and driving performance, safety, and production alignment.
