Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow IRM solutions and workflows
- Configure data models, approvals, notifications, and role-based access controls
- Automate compliance processes using Flow Designer and workflows
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, architects, and development teams
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing
