Senior Service Designer
We’re always looking for experienced Service Designers who can see the whole picture—people, processes, policies, and platforms—and design experiences that actually work in the real world. As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll help untangle complex services and turn them into experiences that are explicit, coherent, and human. You’ll work across discovery, strategy, and delivery—often connecting the dots other do not see.
What You’ll Do
- 8+ years of hands‑on experience in service design, design strategy, or a related field, working on multi‑touchpoint systems
- A strong portfolio showing systemic thinking, service blueprints, and evidence of how your work influenced organizational change
- Experience designing for complex environments, such as large‑scale public sector initiatives, healthcare systems, or enterprise transformations
