Job Description

Our client in the public sector is seeking a Senior Security Architect to support the design and implementation of security architectures across a variety of enterprise initiatives.
Location: Hamilton, ON
Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of extension.
Hybrid Work Model:
Alternate weekly between:
2 days in office (Tue & Wed)
3 days in office (Tue, Wed & Thu)
35 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead technical architect for security across infrastructure, network, and application-level projects.
Engage with internal project teams to understand needs and design fit-for-purpose security architectures.
Conduct assessments and provide recommendations across areas such as endpoint protection, firewalls, router and DMZ configuration, and data center security.
