Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in PeopleSoft-to-SuccessFactors transformations. This role supports a major utilities client through configuration, data migration, payroll validation, and integration activities across EC, ECP, Time, and Global Benefits. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the PeopleSoft → SuccessFactors data migration (extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation). Configure and validate Employee Central, Position Management, Time, Global Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll. Review payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and support end-to-end payroll cycles including Canadian compliance. Support integration work (CPI, APIs, OData, IDocs) and EC ECP replication. Participate in testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), payroll validation, and cutover activities. Act as a bridge between SI and HR teams, ensuring shared understanding of design decisions.
