Senior Salesforce Platform Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Architect to lead architecture across a complex, multi-cloud engagement ecosystem centered on Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud. This role defines and governs scalable, secure, and compliant solutions spanning Salesforce, AWS (Amazon Connect), Azure-based platforms, and third‑party SaaS systems. The architect ensures alignment between business objectives, platform capabilities, and engineering execution while establishing enterprise‑wide standards, reusable patterns, and long‑term platform strategy. The role operates within a regulated, patient‑focused environment, requiring expertise in data governance, security, and AI‑enabled solution design.
